McLaren W1 deliveries have started — first owner impressions are wild

First customer W1s are finally reaching driveways this summer after the wait since the reveal, and the early owner impressions circulating are exactly what I hoped for: a 1,258bhp, rear-wheel-drive hybrid V8 hypercar that's apparently genuinely usable at low speed, not just a track weapon with number plates. As a Valkyrie owner I've been watching this one closely since it's the only other road car running true ground effect. Very different characters by the sound of it — the Valkyrie is far more extreme and single-minded, the W1 seems to want to actually be lived with. Anyone here on the allocation list, or already taken delivery?
