A Grand Prix finishing under the safety car — Silverstone was a letdown for anyone else?

Don't get me wrong, Leclerc's win was thoroughly deserved and Antonelli's late failure was proper drama. But ending a British Grand Prix under safety car conditions robs the crowd of a green-flag finish they'd paid a fortune to see live. I understand the safety calculus, I do. Still feels like a slightly deflated way for a home crowd's afternoon to end, especially with Leclerc's first win in ages on the line. Anyone actually there? Did it feel as flat in person as it looked on the broadcast?
